Veronica- Work on radio stations KTSW, San Antonio, Austin Katylin will write up the copy for what will be said on air about the event.
Becca- Emily Pew’s boyfriend may be playing live music. Officers bring projects to display! Our event is happening on the same day and time as something else in the Quad. The event is up on the Texas State website under a common experience.
Edward- Talk to Bret to send an email Tuesday for our ASID/IIDA meeting on Wednsday and send an email the Monday the 20th before our event. Has an ASID song.
Katylin- Barkitecture. Sign-up sheet for who wants to do it. Send an email to Brett the week before and put the work days on the calendar. weekends are key. Brainstorm- Giant tennis ball? come up with dimensions to give to Sarah. play with a design, Have a plan and materials the day we start working!

IIDA is trying to find a CEU
Susan – Anyone with furniture pieces and finishes start bringing on Tuesday and Wednesday morning for us start separating into groups. I will be putting funiture together around 4pm Wednesday Sept 8th before the meeting. Doing sample piece.
